Color Printing
From the
Apple
menu, select
Chooser
. Highlight
Adobe PS
and select your printer.
In PageMaker, from the
File
menu, select
Document Setup
:
From the
Page
field select your paper size. Your paper size should match your job size.
To enter a custom page size:
Set
Page
to
Custom
.
Enter the custom size in the height and width fields.
Select your printer's resolution as the
Target Output Resolution
. If it is not available, select the next highest value.
Click
OK
.
From the
File
menu, select
Preferences
, then
General
:
Click
CMS Setup
.
Set
Color Management
to
OFF
.
Click
OK
to return to the Preferences dialog.
Click
OK
.
From the
File
menu, select
Print
:
Click
Document
:
Set
PPD
to the PPD for your printer.
Click
Paper
and set
Size
to your paper size.
Click
Options
:
Set
Send image data
to
Normal
.
Set
Data encoding
to
Send binary image data
.
Set
Download fonts
to
PostScript and TrueType
.
Click
Color
.
Select the
Composite
option.
Select the
Color
option under
Composite
.
Set
Optimized screen
to
Default
.
Click
Features
and select any other printer-specific settings you want.
Click
Print
.
